Our ultimate goal is to make all our customers happy. We stand behind our goods, services and partners and we want customers to be happy with them. We will always do our best to take care of our customers - our customer philosophy is to handle them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair to us. We apply a refund to the offer with which returned items were purchased, however, there is a return fee of SEK 59. If we choose to provide a refund and no sales protocol is available, we ask for personal identification and a refund will be given at the current price on a Lopify.se gift card.

How do I return an item?

Lopify.se offers a 14-day return from the day you have received your order. Email us at support@lopify.se if you want to make a return.

You as a customer are responsible for the shipping upon return. We recommend that you return the package in a traceable manner so that it arrives safely.

It may take up to 12 business days for your package to arrive and be processed at our warehouse. Once we have unpacked your return package in stock, we will email you a return receipt, at the same time the refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

The refund takes between 2-14 banking days, depending on the chosen payment method. If you return an item, it is important that you save your receipt for the submission. Please note that if you do not use the enclosed return note, you are responsible for the goods until they reach our warehouse. If you do not have a return slip, you can always get a new one sent to your e-mail by contacting our customer service.
